Okunomatsu Sparkling Japanese Sake

Okunomatsu Premium Sparkling Junmai Daiginjo is considered one of the most remarkable sparkling sakes produced in Japan. It was among the first sparkling sakes to be released and was introduced through a unique marketing approach: it was opened on the winners' podium at the Formula Nippon Races awards ceremony, replacing Champagne.

The sake is characterized by its sublime, palate-caressing bubbles. Its aroma is delightfully rich with notes of fruit (such as grape, nectarine, and plum) and white blossoms. The taste is opulent with subtle acidity, and it finishes with a distinctively silky-smooth aftertaste.
